This Privacy Policy describes how Nadeshiko Apps ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Collection Commander app ("the App") for Shopify.

Information we collect

When you install the App, we access and store the following information about your store:

Store information: your shop domain and an API access token required to operate the App
Settings you enter: notification email addresses, notification preferences, display language
Collection-related data: collection IDs and titles, publishing schedules you create, execution history, collection structure (parent/child relationships), menu drafts, and audit logs of actions performed in the App

The App requests only the Shopify permissions it needs to function: reading and writing products, publications (collection publishing status), metaobjects, and online store navigation menus.

We do not collect or store your customers' (buyers') personal information. The App does not request access to customer data, orders, or payment information.

How we use the information

To execute the features you use: scheduling collection publishing, creating collections, and generating navigation menus
To send you notification emails about schedule results, to the addresses you registered in the App's settings
To provide support and to investigate and fix errors

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
